I can help you manage your payroll efficiently and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations. There are many moving parts behind the paychecks that go out every 2 weeks. Whether you've got tipped employees or retirement plan contributions, I can help you navigate the complexities of each payday.

As a licensed insurance agent, I can also provide access to employee benefits plans. Employees who have access to these plans often feel more valued and are more likely to stay with the company. Most employees can benefit from life & health insurance; a short-term disability policy, worker's compensation. Getting these policies as a group usually allows lower premiuns and income tax advantages not possible for individuals on their own.

Software

Intuit offers a flexible range of packages through QuickBooks Online. I have critiques of their software, but it is perfectly serviceable and one of the most convenient methods to efile employment tax returns. I've earned multiple credentials through their training programs. I am open to working with your existing technology stack, or implementing a FOSS option like GNUCash.
